Our covenant groups are small groups of those in ministry, sometimes gathered around a particular need, but sometimes gathered simply for the sake of being with others who “get” what this life of ministry is all about. The groups are facilitated by a spiritual director and/or a coach.
Abide: Women in Ministry Group
May and June, 2023
Registration Fee: $80
This group of no more than 6 women provides a space to share, explore, and listen. We meet online for a total of 4 sessions.
Groups are facilitated by a spiritual director and will often include contemplative practices, personal sharing, and attentive listening to each other. This is a space to nurture your own spiritual life, reflect on your experience as a woman in ministry, and find encouragement and support from others on a similar path.
Dwell: Group Spiritual Direction for Clergy
Online Group
Begins: September 2023
Registration Fee: $400 Total ($50/session)
Meet monthly for 8 months in this guided direction group.
Each session lasts 2 hours and follows a particular rhythm. In our time together, you will have space to notice and name how you’re doing, spend time in intentional silence, participate in lectio divina, and share and receive from the group.

Discernment Group

Next Group Begins: September 2023
Cost: $195
Wondering if God’s calling you somewhere new? Trying to listen, to hear, to follow God’s lead? This group is for you.
Over the course of 3 weeks, you will gain discernment tools, have space to reflect and process your experience, and engage others who are also in a process of discerning.
During small group sessions, you will be invited to share the question you’re wrestling with and pieces of your story, while others will listen and offer questions and observations (but not advice).
You will also receive 1 one-on-one sessions with either a coach or a spiritual director.
